Alex Apparels  (Alexandria Public Free Zone) One of the largest multinational Company specialists in garment industry has huge factories in Egypt, U.A.E, China, Singapore & Jakarta & Jordan Main offices in Taiwan. (Accountant payable)     March 2005 till present
·         Managing all Accounts payable for suppliers performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensure       expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts,  Remitting tax and issuing monthly journals posting payable transactions on system                                                                               AS400 Reconciling vendor accounts.
·         Responsible for the monthly prepayments accounts.
·         Managing all employees Expense Reports on a monthly basis.
·         Assists external auditors at year-end including preparation of schedules, invoices and explaining supporting materials and procedures.
·         Help to make the salary and overtime for 2560 workers monthly.
·         Managed handling quarter Report of QIZ compliance audit with Ministry of Trade & Industry that require collect and keep records for import, export and clearance documents.
·         Make import and export monthly reports.
·         Follow up with shipping department the road, sea and air shipments from courier and shippers of the international suppliers.
·         Help to find out qualified suppliers for local and foreign purchases and preparing purchase orders and trace the price changing every month.
