Work ExperienceInstitution: Intercontinental Bank Ghana Position: Relationship Officer (December 2008 – April 2009) Responsibilities: I am responsible for the profitable growth of an assigned portfolio of business through the development of new relationships, retention and enhancement of existing relationships in line with corporate strategy. I am also responsible for developing and managing beneficial relationships with business clients, while building and maintaining a market profile with internal and external contacts. My work schedule also includes conducting financial and credit analysis, preparing and negotiating credit and direct selling of credit and non-credit consumer banking products to clients and prospects Experience Gained: I have developed the ability to quickly develop ready and relevant banking solutions to clients. I have also develop the ability to critically assess each clients needs and develop an appropriate credit facility for them. Finally I have learnt to build a profitable business relationship with the customer. Institution: Merchant Bank Position: National Service Personnel (November 2007 – July 2008) Job Description: I worked at the entries desk of the operations department. I was responsible for the payment of salaries and other remunerations to account holders. My schedule also included the treatment of cheques, account withdrawals and issuance of bankers’ payments and payment orders. Experience Gained: I developed the ability to complete multiple tasks and to serve customers with speed and efficiency. I also gained extensive knowledge of basic bank operations.

Position: Intern (May 2004 – August 2004) Job Description: I was part of a marketing team that significantly increased the banks deposit base through selling the banks products. I was also responsible for collating customer feedback for the improvement of services Experience Gained: I was introduced to the ethics of the cooperate world. I also gained surface knowledge of the products of the bank.
