Work Experience

On Active Service:    (April 1971 – March 1999)
1.           Served on Command and Staff appointments commensurate with qualifications, Service and Rank for 2-3 years each all over PAKISTAN especially in NWFP, Northern Areas, Kashmir and Southern Sindh.
2.           Served on high-risk assignments, both covert and overt.
3.           Commanded protection and escort team of high profile dignitaries.
4.           Commanded an anti-terrorist and anti-dacoits Force of Pakistan Rangers for two years and operated in seven districts of Southern Sindh with distinction.
5.           Headed anti-terrorist training (urban & rural) team for police and rangers.
6.           Officer in charge Operational Research and Analysis team of an intelligence setup with special emphasis on Crisis Management, Policy Writing, and evolution of Intelligence & Security Plans.
7.           Officer in charge Interrogation Cell of an Intelligence Facility.
8.           Officer in charge Monitoring, Evaluation and Disaster Management Cell.

a.         Balancing, Moderation & Revamping (BMR) of Ammonia Plant -2007    (62 days duration, with 4500 native and 72 foreigner -15 nationalities – Workforce employed round the clock).
b.         Departmental Coordinator & Auditor: ISO 9001, OHSAS-18001 and ISO 14000.
c.        Balancing, Moderation & Revamping (BMR) of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) Plant - 2008 (104 days duration, with 1500 native and 45 foreigner - 7 Nationalities – Workforce employed round the clock.
d.        Adoption of System Application Product (SAP) through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In progress.
