The functions involve collaborating with the Executive Committee of ECOTA in formulating and implementing overall policies as a member of the Board of Directors. Leading a team engaged in studies, consultancies, information services, action research, and entrepreneurship development. formulate research and development plans including market strategy and sales promotion of ECOTA partners.
As a team leader of a Networking organization also responsible for establish relationship with funding agencies GO/ NGO and other stake holders. Maintain financial management of ECOTA including budgeting and financial analysis. Also the Fund raising was prime responsibility within this service tenure. Responsibilities included preparing strategic and business plans

Served in the DANIDA funded project titled 'strengthening the role of local press'. Issue-based theme-oriented two newspapers monitoring, issues identification and gradual Quality improvement to turn those publications as model community newspaper.
Media monitoring and analyze the local media with the comparison of mainstream media.   On the basis of analysis prepare guideline for continuous improvement of community journalism. Provide Hands-on training and individual counseling to the local journalists to their write-ups preparation for quality improvement of local newspaper.
Initiate and supervise the Jonototthoghar (Information sharing center at remotest area of the country) to ensure twofold information flow from Periphery to central level and Central level to periphery as an action research.
Organize and manage a Feature service. Provide orientation and hands-on training to the grassroots journalist in the coastal zone of Bangladesh.
