2004 Oct to 2004 Dec Community Based Health Development Programme, Myanmar Red Cross Society & International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Yangon, Myanmar As a core member of team, took responsibility for the situation analysis activities from questionnaire design to structure the logical framework of the project.
Major Duties & Responsibilities · Coordinate with Resource persons · Development of questionnaires, data collection tools, training materials and conducted training to Red Cross and community volunteers · Carried out data collection activities in targeted villages with quantitative and qualitative method. · Contributed toward combining, analyzing of data and development of logical frame work of the project. 04 March to 2004 April 100% Targeted Condom Promotion Pilot Project, Myanmar Red Cross Society, National AIDS Programme & UNFPA, Yangon, Myanmar Act as a liaison person between township Red Cross Society and Department of National AIDS Programme to implement the project activities.
Major Duties & Responsibilities · Coordinate with township Red Cross branches and local volunteers for the execution of the project activities. · Collaborate with the authorized persons from National AIDS Programme to conduct the project activities with effectively use of Red Cross volunteers. · Conducted joint monitoring and supervision the project activities in the field. · Reported to the Red Cross Headquarters on the progressive of project activities in timely manner.

Major Duties & Responsibilities · Modified the survey questionnaires according to local settings. · Organized meetings and conduct survey at the Red Cross branches and headquarters. · Performed as a translator to delegate for the programme activities at the field and Headquarters. 2002 Sep- Oct 2002 Development of the Home based care booklet for Red Cross Volunteers, Funded by International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Myanmar Act as a main contributor for the development of the Home based care booklet to distribute all Red Cross branches throughout the country. Major Duties & Responsibilities · Reviewed the different relevant literature · Translation, combination and edition · Modified and rewrote the real story to cartoon format to combine in booklet · Coordinate with cartoonist, desktop publisher and printing house to arrange and publish the booklet. WORK EXPERIENCES 1997- 2006 Volunteer counselor on HIV/AIDS Contributed voluntary counseling services to HIV and AIDS infected and affected persons, family and community as well as trained people to conduct proper counseling. Participated in monthly counselors meetings to discuss the submitted counseling cases. The project was targeted to mine workers, surrounding community and vulnerable population for the prevention and intervention in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Watsan (water & sanitation) and occupational health issues.
