Participate in Internal Audit Activity for ISO9002 and ISO14001
Control all QA equipments for QA Station
Conduct Quality Improvement Meeting (QIM) every month
Maintain good relationship with QA Inspectors, Production Operators, Production Supervisors and ME Supervisor
Control any implementation of ME Special Instruction (MESI), Engineering Information (EI), Engineering Tentative Instruction (ETI) and Process Awareness Sheet (PAS) in Production Line, together with Production and ME Supervisor
Upgrade QA Inspectors skills every 6 months by conducting evaluation test
Prepare presentation for Quality Management Meeting in Singapore head office.
