Work ExperiencePresently working for Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, in the K.O.C exploration and development division - Core Store. Doing “Company Reporting System and creating Database” for their Routine Core Analysis System, doing programming in Visual Basic 6.0. Also using ‘Visual Basic for Application’ for the transfer of excel data and charts to the database. Creating Graphic User Interfaces in Excel and writing VBA programs and Macros in Excel.
On Administration side, my Work also includes receiving job requests from KOC for the analysis to be done for the drilled well-core samples. Carrying out and assigning the job requests to my subordinates, put the request to its proper procedures. Check that the satisfactory work procedures are being implemented and carried out accurately and that it is being completed in the stipulated time frame. Follow up and Continuously Informing KOC about the work proceedings and results.
Finally collect all the data including analysis results, cross check all the results and report the concerned. I would prepare and submit the Draft Report and after it being approved, Final Report is submitted.
Also take care of equipments that is to contact the Kuwait contractors and follow up when there is any problem technically or with software and/or to customize.
