2008 : Joined M/s PARAJ MOTORS PVT LTD, Kharagpur, dealer for small commercial vehicles of TATA MOTORS, MUMBAI. As service manager to look after their automobile dealerships at Medinipur, Kharagpur, and Tamluk for Bajaj, and  at Kharagpur for TATA MOTORS..and comfortably managing.

2005 : Joined  M/s TECHNICAL ENGINEERS, Howrah, an SSI unit engaged to manufacture special purpose tools and garage equipments required to repair two wheelers. Its approved supplier for two wheeler giant BAJAJ AUTO LIMITED, PUNE  and TVS MOTORCYCLES, MADRAS, for entire eastern Indian states including north east as Production Manager . key responsibility was to procure material as per specification and controlling of manufacturing process as per manufacturer’s standards.

2003: Joined M/s Balaji Auto, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, as  Manager service & spare part here I joined when the dealership was at construction stage.  I had to arrange all the tools and equipments required for smooth operation of a modern service station like pneumatic lift, compressor, car washer,parts cleaning m/c and install them with a view to optimum utilisation of floor space and maintain a systematic repair chain.

 responsibility was to ensure smooth operation of the service centre,get the proper manpower and train them from the principal's training centre, redress customer grievances if any. Unfortunately the dealership failed to survive due to their own internal problems

2002 : Took over M/s Shree Automobiles, Guwahati, a Bajaj Auto dealership and Depot operator as Sr Manager service and spares marketing. Responsibility was to ensure smooth operation of the service centre and optimum utilisation of man machine at the same time ensure reasonable supply of spare parts for timely delivery of vehicles comes for servicing and repair.

1995        : Took over M/S Siddharth Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Siliguri, W.B, as Manager Service an Ashok Leyland franchisee. Before actually taking over charge undergone training at Ashok Leyland's Hosur plant on the product and policy. Looking after the service station as profit centre head with a techncians of twelve plus two supervisor. Responsibility was to control labour and quality of service standards laid by the company and implementation of policy in force time to time.

1985         : Joined the two wheeler manufacturing giant M/S BAJAJ AUTO LTD. As Trainee Service Engineer. Completed the training confirmed service as asst. Service Engineer in1986. Promoted as Service Engineer in the year 1989. Got posting at different dealerships in West Bengal and Orissa along some visiting dealerships. Responsibility was to help stationed as well as visiting dealers in attending critical product problems for old as well as new vehicles. Educate customer for better and safe riding techniques thereby ensuring customer satisfaction, help dealer in maintaining inventory and control sourcing spare parts in emergency. New product launch preparation and monitoring post launch product performance and report back to HQ for corrective action   w.r.t  product failure and customer opinion. Organise different type of FIELD-FIX, BOOK & INSPECT, MILEAGE CHALLENGE programmes for keeping up the brand image.

1984              :  As soon as completed the mechanical diploma, joined M/S Penden Cement Authority, Gomtu, Bhutan, as Training Instructor. Responsibility was to impart on-the-job training to the trade apprentices recruited by the company in the various trades like Fitter, Welder, Machinists etc.
