ACHIEVEMENTS @ PAKISTAN P.TA. LIMITED: (2005-2007)

 

Worked at purification plant, which consist of following areas.
Feed preparation (Feed hopper Capacity = 1250 m3 Feed slurry agitation, LP Dissolver pumps, 05 trains of                              preheaters, Five High pressure sundyne pumps operated 125 bar / 110oC)

 

Hydrogenation Reaction (H.P Dissolver reactor “Palladium on charcoal” as a catalyst operated at
                                        82 bar-283oC)

 

Crystalization (04 trains of crystallizers capacity = 98 m3 each that is providing to drop pressure & temp
                        by flash cooling from 82 bars to 3.4 bars and 283oC to 147oC)

 

Separation Section (Pressure & Atmospheric centrifuges)

 

Drying Section            (Shell & Tubes rotary type drier (motor driven) of TSK Japan designed capacity = 66te/hr,
                         dia=3.5 length = 25m)

 

Passed Job Qualifying programs (Level 1,2,3).

ACHIEVEMENTS @ ENGRO VOPAK TERMINAL LIMITED: (2007 till to date)

 

  • Worked for erection & commissioning of ethylene facility, which was safely executed at EVTL.
  • Got 15 days training from china for ethylene handling facility.
  • Monitoring Jetty activities during Ship unloading of Px.MEG, Ethylene, VCM,ACN and AA.
  • Handling of LPG, VCM, Acetic Acid, ACN, Paraxylene MEG, Ethylene, including truck loading & product transfer.
  • Marine Loading arm operation & Jib Crane operation.
  • Worked at EVTL (which is a first cryogenic facility in Pakistan) as a Project safety Inspector.
  • Worked as an Erection and Commissioning Operator at Equipments such as:
