Work Profile:

·         To manage a team of 7 Executive, Complaints and the Sales of

              Reliance Mobile and Official Computer work.                                           

• Worked as a Customer Care Executive in Hutchisson Essar Max Private Limited since May 2006 to May 2007.

Work Profile:

·         To understand and Handle subscribers queries and work on         

                             CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

•  Working as a Customer Support-Projects Team Executive in Vodafone Essar Digilink Ltd. since May 2007.

Work Profile:

·         To provide support for the software CRM (Customer Relationship

Management), which includes LAN based CRM, WEB based CRM and WAP based CRM. for Hutch UP East

·         To create, delete and other parts of the CRM ID management.

·         To Create and modify the LOVs (List of Values) in CRM.

·         To test various application’s performance like MY Vodafone, Master

                             Report, Actuate Reports etc…

·         Promotion of our various applications like NWSS, SSK and NIVR to increase revenue of company. 

·         To provide support Customer care National IVR.

·         Also rolled out the KIOSK machine for the prepaid and postpaid

                             customers and give support to all sites in UP East for the problems

                             occurring in the KIOSK operations.
