                    An  B.Tech  architectural engineer    from REC  Calicut   in  1993 .Having 15+  years   rich  techno-commercial  experience  in  project development/architecture/ interior / planning & Designing/PMC  for  high rise group housing ,  single &  multifamily  housing  , Malls , Mixed use  development , Multiplex , Hospitality , conceptual  Retail  chain outlets , Resteaurants , food court , entertainment parks , School , nursing home, offices , Factory , warehouse , coldstorage ,corporate and  regional  offices etc .    

              Large  bandwidth  of  my  experience  has  given  very  profound  grounding  to  my  technical  knowledge  in  all  the  verticals  of  my  domain  . My  understanding  of  Architecture ,interior  ,structural  engineering  , MEP  services  and  Hands on experience  in full lifecycle of  project delivery  achieving fixed bench marks gives  me  the  ability  to  have  overall  bird's eye view  of  any  situation   and  hence  come up with a solution which  is in alignment with  planned   project goals.
